Where the premium Korean lines (Sulwhasoo, Whoo, AmorePacific) are sold properly, with consultation and tester service — the duty-free floors 8–9F at Trade Center in Samseong, or the in-store beauty floor of The Hyundai Seoul (tax refund, not duty-free).
