About trip2kr

Built in Seoul · in beta since 2026

Why this exists

Korea runs on apps that quietly assume you're Korean: a Korean phone number to book a restaurant, a Korean card to order food, Korean-only interfaces for trains and waitlists. Visitors end up juggling ten apps that half-work — or just missing out.

trip2kr is built in Seoul to close that gap. One app that plans your route beyond Seoul, keeps your entry documents straight (visa, K-ETA, e-Arrival Card), and tells you whether a price is fair — and when something truly needs a Korean phone number, an optional human hand is there if you want it.

What we believe

How we make money

Two ways, both disclosed: one-time trip passes (see Packages), and affiliate commissions when you book hotels or tickets through our partner links (Trip.com, Klook) — at the same price you'd pay going direct. We don't sell your data, and commissions never change our recommendations.

Who's behind this

trip2kr is built and run by an independent developer based in Seoul, South Korea — one person who writes the code, checks the fares at the actual ticket machines, and answers the email. It's currently in beta. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record when they go live; the charge on your statement will show Lemon Squeezy's name.

Questions, feedback, press, partnerships: hello@trip2kr.com — a human reads every email. See also our Terms, Privacy and Refund Policy.
