๐Ÿ”’ Your travel documents stay on your device. The in-app travel-docs wallet (passport, visa, K-ETA, Q-code) is stored locally on your phone only โ€” we do not upload, transmit, or store these on our servers, and we never store passport or payment-card numbers in plain text.

1. What we collect

2. What we do not do

3. How we use it

To provide and improve the service, to fulfil and confirm the requests you make (including by a human coordinator), to send you receipts and updates about your requests, and to keep the service secure. We do not use your documents for anything beyond your own use in the app.

4. Sharing

We share only what is necessary: with service providers that run the product on our behalf (hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing) under confidentiality, and with a partner site only when you choose to book there. Affiliate links may pass a standard tracking parameter so partners can attribute a referral โ€” this does not share your personal data with them. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Cookies & local storage

We use essential local storage (e.g. to keep you signed in, remember your language and your travel-docs wallet) and basic, privacy-respecting analytics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

6. Retention & your choices

We keep account and request data only as long as needed for the service or as the law requires. You can clear device-stored data by clearing the app/browser storage, and you can ask us to access or delete your account data via trip2kr.com/contact.

7. International users

trip2kr serves visitors from many countries. By using it you understand your data may be processed in the Republic of Korea and by our service providers. Where local laws (e.g. GDPR) give you additional rights, we honour them.

8. Changes & contact

We will update this policy as trip2kr develops. Questions or requests: trip2kr.com/contact.
