trip2kr helps you plan travel in Korea. Itineraries, prices, and availability are suggestions and estimates — you make all bookings yourself, on official or partner sites.

1. Who we are

trip2kr (“we”, “us”) operates the trip2kr website and app — travel-planning software for foreign visitors to South Korea: AI trip planning, in-app maps, entry-document guidance, transit and arrival guidance, and price references. By using trip2kr you agree to these Terms.

2. What trip2kr is — and is not

We provide information and planning tools. AI suggestions, prices and itineraries are for guidance only and may be inaccurate or change.
We are not a travel agency of record, airline, hotel, or government authority, and our guidance (including visa, K-ETA, and entry information) is general information, not legal or professional advice. Always confirm requirements on official sources.
Bookings of flights, hotels, tickets, and activities are made on third-party sites (e.g. Trip.com, Klook, official operators) under their own terms — we are not a party to those transactions and are not responsible for them.

3. Korean-language assistance

Where the app offers it, you can ask us for help with the Korean language — for example understanding a menu, or relaying a question to a business that has no English line. This help is free and provided on a best-effort basis. When paid plans are live, Smart Pass includes three 15-minute consult credits (extra credits $3 each); answers delivered late are free (the credit is restored). Other assistance stays best-effort and is not a guaranteed service. We do not guarantee a seat, slot, price, or outcome. Public services (police 112, the 1330 tourist hotline, official transit booking) are free and we never charge for them.

4. Plans, prices & payments

The app is free to use today and there is nothing to buy inside it. If paid plans go live later, the Smart Pass would be a one-time software licence for a single trip — not a subscription, and it would never renew or auto-charge. At that point trip2kr would be the seller, charges would be handled by PayPal and would appear on your statement as PayPal, prices would be in US dollars and would be the full amount with nothing added at checkout. 5. Affiliate & partner links

Some links (e.g. to Trip.com, Klook) are affiliate links: if you book through them, trip2kr may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This never changes the price you pay or our recommendations.

6. Your responsibilities

Use trip2kr lawfully and provide accurate information.
You are responsible for your travel documents, entry eligibility, payments to third parties, and your own conduct while travelling.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to harm others.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, trip2kr is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for third-party services or bookings, or for outcomes outside our control (availability, weather, operator decisions, government rules). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes

We may update the service and these Terms as trip2kr develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
